At the age of 90, the actress became an icon of Italian cinema. Known as the 'Queen of Italian Cinema'. The famous Italian filmmaker Michelangelo gained popularity with his portraits of Antonio. He was intoxicated with acting and beauty in the fifties and sixties. At the age of 90, the life cycle of actress Monica stopped. Former Rome mayor Walter Veltrani made the announcement on Twitter on Wednesday, quoting Monica's partner Roberto Russo. The Italian Ministry of Culture later confirmed the news of his death.

The legendary Italian actress starred in the best-known Antonioni movie. He starred in Laventura in 1970 and La Natte the following year. The artist suffered from Alzheimer's long before his death. 

Monica was born in Rome in 1931. His success in Antonio's 'Laventura' brought him success. As a producer, Antonio also likes Monica a lot. The pair then worked on a few more films as producers and actresses. ‘Red Dessert’ is one of them.

Monica has also acted in several international films. Notable among these are ‘Modesty Blaze’, ‘On My Way to the Crusades, I Met a Girl Who ...’. He has also teamed up with famous comedian Alberto Sardi on the silver screen. 

Monica-based Italy's Oscar-winning David de Donatello has won the award five times. He also received the Golden Lion Award at the Venice Film Festival. Bafta was nominated for Best Actress for "Laventura". Since 2001, he has been suffering from Alzheimer's and has stopped coming out in public.
